As the description says, this is a life-sized, 3D-printable Tyrannosaurus rex skull. It's organized into 63 print beds and 97 total pieces arranged for a Qidi X-Plus printer (270mm x 200mm x 200mm), but you should be able to arrange the pieces to fit a variety of decent-sized printers.

A few bits of information:
This skull is very accurate compared to other printable skulls out there. I based this model on countless reference photos of specimen AMNH 5027, also known as the Jurassic Park T. rex (it's likeness is used in the logo of the franchise). You may notice that the tooth arrangement and the number and sizes of the teeth are identical to 5027. That specimen, however, has a significant amount of lateral distortion, which has been corrected in this model. When printed correctly, this model is the same length as 5027.
I chose 5027 for several reasons, but the primary one is that it has been on display long enough that its likeness is in the public domain. Beyond that, I consider to be one of the most beautiful Tyrannosaurus skulls out there, and it also has the distinction of being the first relatively complete skull that was ever found, giving humanity our first good look at T. rex.

I am making this model available with a suggested price of $49.00, but I'm giving you the option to download it for $1.00 (free models have a file size limit that is too small for this data set). This model took me a lot of time and effort, so I'd love to be paid for downloads, but in the end, part of my reason for making this model was frustration at the lack of access to good 3D scans of a T. rex skull. My experience asking for such data was pretty futile, and many specimens are copyrighted by their owners (Stan/BHI 3033 is the easiest specimen on which to find information about that via google). I prefer open access to scientific data, and while I realize that this model, being a sculpture, is not scientific data, I think there's tremendous value in giving people the experience of walking up to an accurate representation of a skull this size and pondering our place in nature.

I successfully printed this model in ABS plastic because ABS is solvent-weldable, and I was able to weld the pieces together and paint the seams with a slurry for a very nice finish. I printed with the following settings:

Bed Temp:
110C, Initial layer 114C.

Nozzle Temp 240C.

10% Infill

Supports for over a 65% angle. Printing took almost 25Kg of filament. Your mileage may vary.

On a model this size, there will almost certainly be gaps created by imperfections in the prints as you assemble the final piece. These are best dealt with by spanning gaps with slurry, or using discarded supports as filler and "painting" over them with slurry to blend them with the final piece.

If you display this publicly, please give me credit in the following manner:

Finally, please send people to this page if they want copies of this model, rather than redistributing the files. I'd love for people to know the purpose behind it, and to have the chance to donate.
